In two days it will be Charley’s Birthday…

I would like to be able to give him a present and so I am going to ask you to help me.

Mr. Pocket Protector, you did not come forward yesterday but I have hope. Someone sent me a comment on that blog and suggested that perhaps Grim had gotten to you, to silence your tongue. I understand the possibility of such, but do not worry too much about Grim’s ability to threaten. Why? He has not read the book yet! He does not know what lies ahead for him. What truths will strip him bare and what lies might be present are only those that he has told for 46 years.

I know about the train…the moonshine and the payoffs for keeping the rails safe for profit. I know about the girls, the films and the man who got hit by the train. I know about the judge that betrayed you…the one that you betrayed. I even know about the affairs… the ones from the past and the one you are in now. I know about the few truths you hold, but even more importantly…I know about the lies you’ve told your wife and your family all these years.

Your greatest enemies aren’t those that are still living- it’s the one’s that are dead that can’t keep quiet. Do you really think that keeping silent will keep the book from coming out? Grim or no Grim- the tale will be told.

I would like to give Charley a present for his Birthday. Now before I finish what I have begun and the final seal goes on this edit…is there anything you would like to tell me? Anything that you would like to confess?

Grim’s man in Atlanta is dead. No more buffer… no more protection. You are all on your own!
